• Carpentry and furniture assembly

• CCTV, intercom, and smart systems

• General handyman services

We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including health, safety, or legal concerns.

3. Booking and Payments

• Service bookings can be made via phone, email, or our website.

• We may require partial or full payment in advance, depending on the service type.

• All payments must be made in AED and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

• Pricing is subject to change based on the scope of work, materials used, and urgency.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.

• Last-minute cancellations or rescheduling may incur a fee.

• In case of unavoidable delays or unavailability, we will attempt to notify you as early as possible and offer alternative arrangements.

5. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during the booking process.

• Ensure access to the premises at the scheduled time.

• Secure pets, valuables, and sensitive materials before work begins.

• Avoid interference with our technicians while they are working.

6. Warranty and Liability

• Our work is backed by a limited warranty depending on the nature of the service.

• Warranty does not cover misuse, tampering, or damage caused by third parties.

• Master Technicals is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including text, logos, images, and graphics—is the property of Master Technicals and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

8. Third-Party Services

We may partner with third-party suppliers or contractors for specific services. While we vet these partners, we are not responsible for any issues arising from their performance.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services at our discretion if:

• You violate these Terms.
